We all feel neglected or that no one loves us from time to time, in a sense we feel abandoned and that no one is there for us.
It is so easy to avoid looking at such things, for this is our own hurt and pain deep within, which we have not come to terms with, nor healed. We tell ourselves that there is something flawed about us and that we are lacking in some way.
It is now time to root these parts of yourself out and show a deep and kind love and caring for each part. You deeply deserve love so allow yourself to feel that expanding heart towards you, so that you can heal fully.
Go inside and yes, hug yourself as if you were hugging the most important person in your life (which, of course, you are). Show concern, empathy and a loving kindness for the parts of you that you deem unacceptable. Show these parts finally how it feels when love is showered upon them.
You and only you can do this and no one can do it more profoundly, deeply or more lovingly than you can.
Allow yourself to be open to this magnificent and powerful love. If there are areas you find difficult to be with, go gently and breathe deeply into these parts the love that they so deserve. Breathe….. Breathe deeply.... in.... and out... repeatedly.
Stop everything that you are doing and look that pain straight in the eye…. Love that pain and hug that pain. You do not deserve to avoid it any longer. YOU deserve to be loved, healed, free and radiant… The sadness is going…. the pain is going…. Allow it…. deeply….. YOU are so loved. You always have been and so it is….
